How it works, and the proof behind it
Everything behind your $50 a person.
Read what you need. Each part below stands on its own.
Included for every person
Everything a security team uses, for every person on your team.
One price and the same protections for everyone. When a better tool comes out, we switch to it, and you don't have to do anything.
- Managed computer protection
- Software that watches what programs do and stops attacks, with a security team on shift around the clock.
- AI email and app protection
- Fake invoices and impersonation stopped before anyone reads them. Junk and bulk mail sorted out of the way.
- Leaked password alerts
- We find out when your team's passwords show up in a breach or for sale.
- Security training
- Short, ongoing lessons, with practice phishing tests.
- Cloud file backup
- Your company's files in SharePoint, OneDrive, or Google Drive, backed up. It doesn't cover individual computers or email.
Each person is covered on up to two computers, like one at work and one at home. Personal computers used for work are covered. Email has to be on your company's own domain.
What it takes to assemble this yourself
| Protection | Buying it on your own | Titan Guards |
|---|---|---|
| Computer protection | One vendor for the software, and a second arrangement for people to watch it overnight | Included, with a security team on shift |
| Email protection | A separate email security product, set up and tuned for your domain | Included |
| Leaked password alerts | A third service, with its own login and its own alerts | Included |
| Security training | A fourth platform, with someone to schedule it and chase completion | Included |
| Cloud file backup | A fifth vendor, with its own setup and monitoring | Included |
| What you manage | Five vendors, five contracts, five dashboards, and nobody connecting the alerts | One team guarding every person, at one price |
We run these tools for companies of every size, so you get one setup instead of five. The team guarding your people is the same team that protects our premium clients.
Cyber insurance
Insurers ask. Your guards answer.
Cyber insurance applications ask about the same controls again and again. Here is what we put in place for every person, so you know what you have when the form arrives.
| What carriers commonly ask about | What your guards put in place |
|---|---|
| Monitoring around the clock | A security operations team reviews alerts from every covered computer, day and night. Datto EDR, with a security operations team on shift |
| Endpoint detection and response (EDR) | Software on every covered computer that stops attacks and can cut a computer off from the network. Datto EDR |
| Software updates and patching | Operating system updates pushed and tracked for every covered computer. Datto RMM |
| Email filtering | AI checks every message for phishing and impersonation before it reaches the inbox. Check Point Harmony Email & Collaboration |
| Security awareness training | Short, ongoing lessons for every person, with practice phishing tests. Check Point Security Awareness Training |
| Backups | Your company's cloud files in SharePoint, OneDrive and Google Drive, backed up. Computers and email are outside this backup. Axcient x360Cloud |
Carriers ask about more than this list, including multi-factor sign-in. The application is yours to fill out, and your answers on it are your own. This shows controls only. We make no promises about your premium.
Guarded everywhere
Her work computer was guarded. Her laptop at home wasn't.
This is the call that started Titan Guards.
Your company isn't up against a hacker. It's up against another company, one that does this full time.
One afternoon
A call from someone at a company we protect.
One click on her home laptop took her to a fake Apple warning with a real phone number. A real person picked up.
The next few hours
A whole team was on the line.
Each call handed her to someone new, all the way up to fake federal agents. They had an answer for every objection she raised.
The drive to the bank
They stayed on the phone the whole way.
She withdrew $86,000. The money never came back.
That night
Her company had done the right thing.
Her work computer was guarded. The attackers went through her home laptop instead, which nobody was watching.
The minimum
Every work computer guarded. Without that, a company is wide open.
What we cover
Guarded everywhere your people work. Each person is covered on two computers, so home is included.
While you sleep
What happens at 3 AM.
Illustrative example
A laptop left on at someone's home starts locking files in the middle of the night. Here is how that night goes with your guards on shift.
The times show the order of events. They aren't a promised response time.
3:02 AM
A file starts locking documents.
A program downloaded that afternoon wakes up and starts scrambling files on the laptop.
3:02 AM
The software stops it.
It sees a program acting like ransomware, stops it, and cuts the laptop off from the network so nothing spreads.
3:15 AM
A person on shift takes a look.
The security operations team reviews what the software caught and hands it to ours.
6:30 AM
The files come back.
We roll the locked files back to how they were at 3:01 and check the laptop is clean before it reconnects.
8:00 AM
You get a short note.
It says what happened and that it's handled. There's nothing for you to do.
What you did that night: slept.
Proof you can check

Focus kept, one email at a time
Every phishing or junk email that reaches an inbox pulls someone off their work. After an interruption, it takes about 23 minutes to get back to the original task. Gloria Mark, UC Irvine
Email protection stops those messages before anyone sees them.
For scale, IBM's 2026 report puts the global average breach at $4.99 million. That average leans toward much larger companies than yours.
The stress
The call at 6 a.m. The decisions nobody has made before, made under pressure.
The recovery time
Weeks of forensic work to learn what was taken and how they got in.
The trust
Telling clients and staff what happened, and answering their questions.
The person who clicked
One team member carries it, and the whole team feels it.
Questions people ask
How many people do I need?
One person or thousands. There's no minimum and no maximum.
Who counts as a person?
Each person you protect, covered on up to two computers. Unlicensed shared inboxes like info@ are protected at no charge. Any mailbox Microsoft or Google bills you for counts as a person.
What do my people have to do?
Each person installs one app on their computer. Windows takes a click. Macs add a few security approvals, and our guide shows each screen. Your email admin approves one connection, and we handle the rest.
When does protection start?
Computers are protected as soon as setup finishes. Email protection spends about a week learning how your team works and who you trust, then we confirm and switch on full protection.
Will my team see pop-ups?
No. Alerts go to the security team.
What if someone joins or leaves?
Change the number of people in your account. You pay for who's protected.
We already have an IT team. Is this for us?
Yes. Your IT team gets a security team behind them, watching around the clock, so they can focus on everything else. It works alongside whoever runs your IT, in-house or outside.
Does this replace my IT provider?
No. If you want a full IT team too, we offer that, along with incident response planning and hands-on help.
Are you certified?
The platforms underneath each publish their own audit reports, and the table above names them. Ask us which report belongs to which tool and we'll point you to it.
Will this help with cyber insurance?
The insurance section shows which controls we put in place for every person. Titan Guards doesn't include help with insurance applications. Ask us if you'd like help with that.
What does backup cover?
Your company's files in SharePoint, OneDrive, or Google Drive. It doesn't cover individual computers or email.
Does it cover personal email accounts?
No. Email has to be on your company's own domain. Personal computers used for work are covered.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Every plan starts with a 30-day full refund.
Is my information private?
Discretion is one of our values. What we see stays with us, and we never use a client's name in public materials.
Words you'll hear
Plain meanings for the terms on this page and on insurance forms.
- EDR
- Endpoint detection and response. Software on each computer that watches what programs do and stops the ones acting like an attack.
- RMM
- Remote monitoring and management. How we keep every computer updated from one place.
- SOC
- Security operations center. The people who review alerts and decide what they mean.
- SOC 2
- An outside auditor's report on how a company protects data. Type II means the auditor tested it over months. It has nothing to do with a security operations center.
- ISO 27001
- An international standard for running security. An outside body issues the certificate, and the certificate lists what's in scope.
- MFA
- Multi-factor sign-in. A second proof after your password, like a code from an app. Insurance forms ask about it often.
- Phishing
- An email or text built to trick someone into clicking a link or sending money.
- Ransomware
- Software that locks your files and demands payment to unlock them.
- NIST 800-171
- A US government list of security controls for sensitive information. Vendors publish maps showing which controls their tools help with.
